Coming Soon in 2014
25th January - Boot Camp (outdoor Exercise Class)
Meet 9.30am M&S on Saturday 25th January. We're going to Preston Park (near the Chalet Cafe) where City Synergy's own Major Jump will take you through the boot camp exercises to shed the Christmas excess.
The emphasis will be on fun. Do only what you feel comfortable with.
Expect to laugh and to cry and to get a bit dirty (wear big and baggy
clothes and a big and baggy smile).
March 22nd - Trip to Mars - Take off from Addison Road
6pm check-in. You must be at the gates for take-off at 6.30pm. This is going to be out of this world. Chris and Jonathan have been doing a lot of redecoration recently, and this has included the enlargement of the sky-lights to enable vertical take off and landing. We will travel direct to Mars on this once-in-a-lifetime trip. In-flight food, drink and entertainment will be provided for an optional donation of £3 (Martian currency equivalents are accepted). We anticipate space walks and great balls of fire. Join in the fun - but please let Jonathan or Chris know you are coming to ensure your intergalactic visa clearance. We'll be back on Earth by 9pm.
NEWS - Our grateful thanks to the Robin Hood, Peoples Pub for a generous grant to City Synergy and to Waitrose who made us one of their charities for June
