February 11th 2005, Paul graduated
from the University of Brighton with a
Diploma in Business Management, the awards ceremony took place at the
Brighton Dome, Commenting after the ceremony,
Paul said "this was a wonderful day and I felt a real sense of achievement,
I am always keen that people know that vision impaired
people can achieve as much as anyone else given the opportunity and
determination to succeed"
Keith Turner completed his second London Marathon on April 17th 2005 in a personal best of 4 hrs, 4 mins, Keith was raising for a charity called "Get Kids Going" which seeks to provide sports equipment for disabled children. Keith beat this time in 2007, raising fund for the International Glaucoma Association, his time was 3 hrs 50 mins

City Synergy member Katy Wheatland is proving a winner with the Seagull specials, she has been part of the team that has won trophies on a tour to Holland in May 2006 as well as against more local opposition. The Specials are a side for people with disabilities and are run in association with Brighton and Hove Albion,
