Swimarathon

On Sunday 24th October 2004 City Synergy members took part in the annual Swimarathon organised by the Rottingdean and Saltdean Lions club. The event was staged Roedean School pool and 50% of funds will go to City Synergy and 50% to Lions charities

We were divided into two lanes with one team doing 32 laps and the other 31 laps in 55 minutes, each lap being 2 lengths if the pool which was 25 metres
